The lighting in my half-assembled bedroom is not the best, but I think you can see I’ve filled out a bit. Perhaps a bit less definition, but certainly not fat. I may post a few more pics with better lighting this weekend, but am looking forward to tackling a brand new challenge next Monday. I’ll be starting a brand new workout program with hopefully continuing progress! See you then!
During my recovery week, I’m being very strict on my diet and also lowering the total calories a bit to compensate for the lack of activity. I’m also making sure I get plenty of sleep. Mentally, I’m already ready to train but I’m forcing myself to take this break, for my own benefit.
